Install the modpack
Download CurseForge or Prism Launcher and search for Vault Hunters 3rd Edition. Install it from there.

Install Meths Vault Hunters Additions
Get the latest version of my additions here. Drag and drop the mods from the Server and Client folder to your game's mod directory

Add the server
Launch the pack, go to Multiplayer → Add Server, and enter mc.m3thlab.com.

Jump in
No whitelist, no application. Hit Join Server and you're in. Say hi in chat.
